Md. Muntasir Mamun

Muntasir Mamun has 22 years of teaching experience at the university level in English Language and Literature. He began his career as a lecturer at Eastern University, Dhanmondi, where he taught courses in both the Honours and Masters Programs from 2004 to 2011. In addition to teaching there, he worked as the coordinator for the Cultural Club for more than four years. He has also taught at ASA University from 2011 to 2013. Muntasir joined ULAB’s Department of English and Humanities as an Assistant Professor in 2013 and has been teaching here since. At ULAB, he serves as the Advisor for the club Theatre ULAB, and encourages and motivates students to become involved in cultural activities. He has also worked as an assistant proctor from 2022 to 2026. Muntasir promotes active learning in teaching and tries to establish values of tolerance and integrity among learners.
